2. Data we process
- Contact details: name, email address and, if you choose to provide them, company and telephone number.
- Project information: project type, description and any information you voluntarily include in your message.
- Technical and security data: IP address and request data that may appear in server logs, together with temporary controls used to prevent abuse and automated submissions.
Do not send passwords, special-category data, unnecessary trade secrets or another person’s data unless you are authorised to disclose it. If a project requires such information, we will agree a suitable channel and terms in advance.
3. Purposes and legal bases
Responding to and managing enquiries
We use the data to understand your needs, respond, maintain professional communications and, when requested, prepare a proposal. The legal bases are taking pre-contractual steps at the data subject’s request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general professional communications, our legitimate interest in responding to them (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Security, abuse prevention and operation
We process technical data that is strictly necessary to maintain website availability and security, diagnose incidents and limit spam or attacks, based on our legitimate interest in protecting the service and its users (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Legal obligations and claims
Where necessary, we may retain or disclose information to comply with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) or to establish, exercise or defend legitimate claims (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The form is not used to subscribe you to advertising or a newsletter.
4. Required information and accuracy
Fields marked with an asterisk are needed to handle the enquiry. Without them, we cannot respond properly. The sender states that the information is accurate and current and, when acting on behalf of a business or another person, that they have sufficient authority to do so.
5. Retention
- Enquiries that do not lead to a contractual relationship: up to 12 months after the last meaningful communication, unless you request earlier erasure or there is a legitimate reason to retain them.
- Where a contractual relationship arises: for its duration and afterwards, in restricted form for the statutory periods applicable to obligations and potential liabilities.
- Abuse-prevention controls: the form’s IP-based rate limit is temporary. Technical logs are retained only for the period needed under the configured security rotation, unless an incident or legal obligation requires otherwise.
6. Recipients and processors
Data is accessed only by authorised Appkadia personnel and essential hosting, email, technical administration or support providers acting as processors under contract. We do not sell personal data. We disclose it to public bodies, courts or other authorities only where legally required or necessary to exercise or defend rights.
7. International transfers
The data collected through this form is not intended to be transferred outside the European Economic Area. If a future provider involves an international transfer, we will use an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard and update this information as appropriate.
8. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability where applicable. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. To exercise these rights, email info@appkadia.com or write to the postal address above, clearly identifying your request. We may ask for additional information only where necessary to verify your identity. Exercising your rights is free of charge and we generally respond within one month.
If you believe the processing does not comply with the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
9. Automated decisions, children and security
We do not profile individuals or make automated decisions with legal effects using form data. The website and services are aimed at professionals and businesses, not children under 14. We apply technical and organisational measures proportionate to the risk, although no Internet-connected system can guarantee absolute security.
